1 Substrate preperation
- Placing the edge insulation strips
- Laying the insulation layer (for floating screeds on insulation)
- Laying the separating layer (for floating screeds on insulation or unbonded screeds)
- Preparation of a screed with ASO-SEM
- Priming the substrate with ASO-Unigrund-GE, ASO-Unigrund-PLUS or ASO-Uunigrund-S
2 Creating bonded waterproofing
Insertion of the ASO-Dichtbands-120 and the pre-formed pieces ASO-Dichtecke-A, ASO-Dichtecke-I, ASO-Dichtmanschette-W and the ASO-Gefälleecke with AQUAFIN-1K PREMIUM
Application of the first coat SANIFLEX to the wall area and AQUAFIN-1K-PREMIUM to the floor area.
Application of the second coat SANIFLEX to the wall area and AQUAFIN-1K-PREMIUM to the floor area. The minimum dry film thickness of both coats must be 0.5 mm with SANIFLEX and 2 mm with AQUAFIN-1K-PREMIUM.
3 Installation of tiles
- Installation of the tiles by the thin-bed method with MONOFLEX-XL or alternatively with MONOFLEX
4 Grouting of tiles
Grouting the tiled walls and floors with CRISTALLFUGE-PLUS or alternatively with CRISTALLFUGE-EPOX
Preparation of movement joints with ESCOSIL-2000
